US SHIPMENTS

Please contact us for a quote and complete packing slip before shipping.

Mail the items from any United States Postal Service (USPS) office by Priority Mail. If we purchase your items, we will refund the cost of shipping. We do not reimburse for additional insurance.

We will confirm receipt of your package and one of our associates will contact you with the final payment amount.

BERMUDA SHIPMENTS

Please contact us for a quote and complete packing slip before shipping.

Pack your items securely and ship via a trusted courier. We recommend that you track and insure your items. We refund IBC shipments that we buy for $500 or more. We do not pay for additional insurance. We do not refund shipments sent by other couriers.

We will confirm receipt of your package and one of our associates will contact you with the final payment amount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You must be at least 18 years of age and the legal owner of any jewelry, gold, silver, or platinum sent to us.

2. The price quoted to you will be based on the precious metal spot price at the time we speak with you.

3. We recommend that you insure your items for their full value. See the USPS website for information on Insured Mail. Contact us to determine if we will refund the cost of shipping your item by Registered Mail. Items sent by Registered Mail are automatically insured up to $25,000.

4. We do not accept any diamonds or colored gems sent by mail. Any diamonds or colored gems sent to us will not be returned and will not be reimbursed.

5. All damaged shipments will be refused.
